The property will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with a washer, dryer, and iron.
THE FOLLOWING IS NOT INCLUDED: cooking oil, sprays, foil, plastic wrap or other cooking ingredients.
Signature at PGA WEST is a guarded gated community, and your group will be provided access for your stay. Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. Issuing the code before arrival makes the check-in process much easier.
WHAT ARE THE CLUBHOUSE & POOL HOURS? ARE THEY HEATED?
Clubhouse hours: 5:30 am – 10 pm.
The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Service animals are permitted, and the fee is waived for such situations (however the animal is never permitted to be in the unit alone if it is a service animal). Please note we do not allow any pets other than dogs.
SMOKING POLICY?
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. No smoking is permitted inside the home or near doors, windows, or any interior spaces. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Any smoking violations may result in additional fines, extra cleaning charges, and potential loss of security deposit.
Signature PGA West Community Rules:
1) The City of La Quinta & Signature PGA West has a quiet hour ordinance (10 pm – 8 am).
2) No more than 2 vehicles per home unit may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12 am – 7 am.
3) No trailer, camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than a standard-size pick-up truck), boat, or inoperable vehicle will be allowed in the community.
House Notes: During the hot summer nights, it's possible to encounter some gentle insects such as crickets, etc.. Rest assured, our property undergoes regular pest control treatments, though a few may still make an appearance. To ensure the upkeep of our surroundings, our diligent pool maintenance and landscaping team may visit the property during the week for service. Your comfort is importance, and we strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for your stay.
We've installed a security camera outside, facing the front entrance (placed on the door), to ensure safety during your stay. Additionally, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances during quiet hours.

The property we stayed in was outstanding. It was clean, nicely furnished. Lot of amenities. We stayed at the house for 10 days. Great location. We were able to take our small dogs.Communication was phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a more kind, courteous young lady to deal with. I think she works 24/7, because everything I called no matter what time, she always answered.

We stayed Sunday to Sunday at the Desert Dream. It was a very clean and bright interior. The rooms were spacious especially the primary suite.
The water pressure was superb and the linens were lovely.
My Grandson loved the small putting green in the back yard.
My parents used to live at the Citrus and I had not been back since they sold and moved away. Great location with the community pool and spa within walking distance.
The entire trip was exceptional and these were lovely hosts.
