This 1+ acre Spanish Style Modern Retreat is the perfect getaway for your family & friends. The home features 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Fully remodeled interior featuring a living room, gameroom, kitchen & spacious bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 16. Outside on the rooftop deck you can find a fire pit & TV to relax on cozy nights. The outdoor area features pool w/slide, hot tub, putting green, sand volleyball, beach games, life size outdoor chess, basketball court, outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining table!

Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun. Take a dip in the swimming pool or jacuzzi after a few games of basketball, volleyball, beach games or playing a game of outdoor chess with family and friends.

Sit around and enjoy the gas fire pit at night on the roof top deck. (located upstairs with access from secondary bedroom or master.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

Music on low volume is allowed outdoor between 9am-7pm

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

This house is beautiful! We loved the set up, and the backyard was so much fun for our family. We loved the pool, the sand, and the putting green. The home was well stocked without being overstocked or cluttered. The game room was lots of fun. Whenever we contacted Mo he responded within 30 minutes--and often in only a few moments. The only drawback to the home is the proximity to the interstate. The noise on the rooftop was significant. HOWEVER, if you're looking for an EASY on and off to the highway on your way to your adventures, this is the place for you! The landscaping is beautiful, and the whole neighborhood is lush and green. To top it off, we even got to bring home some fresh limes from the tree. One final consideration is the mattress in the downstairs bedroom. If you like softer mattresses, you'll be great. If you need a firmer mattress, it may be a bit tough.Overall, we HIGHLY recommend that you consider the Casita for your next trip.

We had a great stay at this property! The outdoor areas were especially nice for our teenagers. There is definitely something for everyone to do. The owners were VERY responsive and there wasn't a telephone book of rules for check-in and check-out which we especially liked. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is clean and well equipped. It is our second stay in a property managed by Mo and Zeina. They keep a well stocked kitchen and are considerate hosts. The heated pool was comfortable even on a chilly weekend. We will look to book with them again when we are in the area.

It’s was raining so we could really use the pool. This is my favorite vacation house so far .. There is a lemon tree in the back makes wonderful lemonade! The photos don’t hold a candle to the actual property. We had so much fun .. you will not be disappointed if you book

This property was perfect for our large family gathering of 15 people. We had plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped with necessary items for cooking full meals. The location was great with easy access to the Interstate and close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The outdoor space offers so many things to entertain the kids and allows for relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing. The indoor game room was the favorite space for the kids! We hope to be back again!

Property was nice and spacious for our family, the outdoor area is a huge highlight for the property , we paid for the pool heating which seemed pricey and it was a little inconsistent, but the pool was very nice , the hot tub was smaller than anticipated but was hot and hers worked but there was a couple minor items I communicated to owner,. There’s a lot of toys in the shed to entertain and the game room was very cool . I really appreciated that all the tv’s had a login so you were able to log in and for different apps you may have wanted. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking items , and there we’re plenty of other appliances which was nice, everything was clean and communication was great , plenty of room in trash cans to dispose of waste during checkout, also checkout was easy I would definitely stay again but it was a bit expensive for what it was

The home was amazing… I could write an essay on how much we enjoyed it, but I will try to keep it short… like the title says the home has everything for someone. My boys age range from 4-17 and they all had something they love to do. (Pool, arcade machine, basketball, outdoor chess, fusball) My wife is a germophobe and she was very happy with the cleanliness. They even provided all the sanitizing supplies in case you want to do extra (which my wife truly appreciated). she loved the jacuzzi! For myself, I enjoyed the fact that this home made it almost impossible to want to leave. Everything entertainment wise and a Costco near by so we stocked up not needed to leave during our stay. Definitely going to come back here!

Wow, this place was so amazing. We stayed here with 2 other families and our kids had a freaking blast!! Had everything you would want in a place from a pool to game room. Place was well maintained and designed well. A big thank you for allowing us to stay here! Only wish was that the pool lights stayed on much later.

The VRBO was nicely upgraded and the little details / amenities were above average compared to other VRBOs we have stayed at. The sheets were a plus and we had enough space for 3 familes. You can tell they want to provide a better quality experience than just some typical VRBO. The kids (and parents) played the video games and pool quite often. Thise were nice upgrades to use. It was a great stay! Warming up the pool was worth it as well! 30 min to the beach and Legoland. Thanks for the great stay Mo.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the listing had been spot-on, and the reality was even better. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. Amenities Galore: The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the array of amenities available. The pool was pristine and provided the perfect spot for cooling off during the day, while the hot tub was a luxurious treat for relaxing evenings under the stars. The game room quickly became a favorite hangout spot, equipped with a variety of games that kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. From a pool table to arcade games, there was something for everyone. Comfort and Convenience: The house itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious living areas that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the outdoor barbecue area was perfect for family cookouts. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like plush towels, complimentary toiletries. Location: This property’s location is unbeatable. It was just a short drive from numerous attractions, making it easy for us to explore the local area. We enjoyed visiting nearby theme parks, and shopping centers.

We had a great time staying at this property. We have stayed at several VRBO properties in the last couple of years and this was by far our favorite and the most well-stocked house. Everything was clean and there were plenty of bath towels and pool towels, all the showers were stocked with shampoos & soaps, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials, spices, etc. The pool and outdoor area was our favorite - wish it would have been a little warmer so we could have spent even more time out here! The kids were outside by 8 am every morning swimming and in the hot tub - the highlight of their trip. The heated pool fee is $150/day with a 3 day minimum. More expensive than we have paid at other homes, but it was a large and deeper pool and this is in CA where energy costs are high! The property is close to the interstate, so you do hear that noise, but it wasn't as noticeable from inside the house. It's a 'rural' area, so there are sheep & horses at the neighbor's which was neat :) The bunk room, queen room, and king suite are all on the 2nd floor and quite spacious; the other king room is on the main floor. This worked out great for us since we were traveling with our 4 kids and parents. Grandma and grandpa got the bedroom on the main floor and didn't have to navigate the steps. Communication was great and thorough throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend this property, especially if you have a larger group!

Our group had a last minute cancelation for our cruise so we looked for an affordable place in a general location so we had plenty of options. Three families booked the property together and we could not have found a more perfect place for us all to stay! Beautiful spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms with luxurious upgrades throughout the home. This property included a large heated pool with water slide, hot tub, outdoor dining and grill area, volleyball court, life size chess board and mini golf course! We had a balcony conjoining two upstairs bedrooms leading to a spacious private rooftop lounge with firepit area and entertainment facilities. Below was an indoor gaming room with a pool table, Foosball table, retro arcade games, a smart gaming table and large smart TV. Each bedroom had a portable oscillating fan and the master bedroom had a walk in closet with a baby play pen. The amenities included name brand items of various conveniences. Our group spent 7 days on the property and we spent three of them just hanging out on the property itself. There was literally something for everyone and our kids were never bored! I had never used VRBO or stayed in an Air B&B so when I found this property, I thought it was too good to be true! With three families we split the cost into thirds and it was significantly cheaper than getting separate hotels throughout our trip. I genuinely can't believe we were able to find this place at the last minute and have it exceed our expectations!

Pretty sure this house is the coolest Vrbo I've stayed in- which is saying a lot. We've been renting houses for the past 20 years. Fun for all ages, but our group ranged from 6-80 and everyone had an amazing time. We are homebodies- there's so much to do at the house that we didn't get bored once during our 5-day stay. Mo was super responsive to any questions or needs we had. Overall, an incredibly memorable trip and family reunion.

Loved this amazing house!! We had such a wonderful stay. We had a group of 12 people ages 10-65. There was something for everyone. The swimming pool and pool table were the favorites. Definitely recommend this for any family. There were a bunch of pool floats and toys which we enjoyed having so much. The neighborhood is quiet definately felt like we had privacy. The landscaping on this property was beautiful and very well maintained. Everything worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to prepare meals. It was very clean and well taken care of. Can't wait to go back!!

Our family with children 18-24 all had such an amazing time. The house is great and the yard has so many fun activities to enjoy. The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed the upstairs balcony/patio space as well. The owners were very quick to respond and very helpful with any issues. 10/10 recommend for fun family downtime.
