We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.

This was our first stay at Enver's property. The listing was accurate and we appreciated the cleanliness of the home, inside and out. Perhaps I missed it in the listing, but I was not prepared for the game room to not be air conditioned! The fans helped, and I guess we could have let the doors open to the dining area to let some cool air in, but preferred it stay cool inside. The kids didn't mind the heat, but the adults were not comfortable staying out there very long. Also, the air hockey table did not work during our stay, despite multiple attempts at figuring out what was wrong with it. The garage of beach supplies is amazing! I've stayed at plenty of other properties and the sheer quantity and excellent condition of the provided pool and beach accessories was amazing! The five bikes were also appreciated. The kitchen, while adequately supplied, is quite tight when you've got more than two people in there trying to cook. The washer and dryer are also in this room, so that added to the lack of space. The common area is huge and we appreciated the large dining table, both for meals and games. The bathrooms were very clean, if small, but the showers were amazing once you figured out the controls!The beds are quite firm. Unlike most rentals I've experienced in the past, the beds are not made when you arrive. Overall we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the location, the cleanliness of the home and the easy communication with Enver.

The house was very clean and set up very nicely. When I found the house on the app, it said the property was a block and a half from the beach and after paying half the fee it then showed it 3 blocks away. That is my only complaint. After noticing it being further away I didn’t say anything. I would take the distance into consideration if you have older family members. The host of the property was very nice and responsive when I asked questions and the house was very clean and well prepared for a family ready to enjoy the Beach and the area. We definitely recommend giving this house a try!

Terrific location, house exactly as advertised with plenty of extra items to make the stay even better (e.g. beach chairs and toys, fully stocked kitchen, etc).

Pool was great, easy walk to the beach, near restaurants, shops and mini golf. Arcade was cool!
