We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Pet friendly upon approval, $125 Non refundable Pet Fee.
We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.

Southern Charm is the perfect vacation spot! The location is on a quiet, dead-end street, yet close to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment! Overall, Southern Charm was extremely clean, well organized, and decorated very stylishly. There were cozy areas to relax outside on the front porch with a peaceful view of the marshes and the back deck had a beautiful view of the evening sunset. The bottom pool area was gated and covered with room for outside dining, relaxing, and grilling. The pool was spacious, clean and fun with nice furniture for soaking up the sun. The six beach chairs and wagon were of excellent quality for visitors to use. There is ample space for parking. Inside, the kitchen is stocked with everything necessary for meal prep and cooking. The bathrooms were spacious and clean with ample towls and even soft touches of detail...even the bathroom paper had a rose design folded on the end! That was a nice touch by the cleaning staff! The beds, pillows, and linens were so very comfortable and of excellent quality. Also, all communication by Meredith was quick, helpful, and thoughtful! We will be back for another wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. It was a little chilly when we were there so we did not get to use the pool as much as we wished but the pool area was very nice. It was also a quick walk to the beach, which was perfect. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully updated house! Well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed. Great outdoor space and pool with an easy walk to the beach. Excellent communication with quick responses. We hope to come back this summer!
