This beautiful, newly renovated two-bedroom/two-bath condo has breathtaking ocean views from the 15th Floor that will leave you breathless. 180-degree unobstructed views of the beach and right in front of Tigertail! Direct access to the beach. Great location to many restaurants and stores. Enjoy South Seas heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center located in building 3. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. Free Wi-Fi.

We’ve been coming to Marco Island for many years, most often staying at one of the South Seas towers. Hands down, year’s experience was among the very best EVER because of the specific condo and owner. The view is always spectacular; I thought this might be too high, it wasn’t! The condo was very clean, well-stocked, the kitchen and bathrooms were updated, the bed was comfortable and every little detail seemed to be thought of to make our stay so enjoyable. We will DEFINITELY rent this unit and from this owner again; communication was great and heartfelt. Thank you, thank you!!

Beautiful, very clean condo with a gorgeous sunset view from the balcony. Check in was easy and the owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Marco Island was a dream trip for us and I can not imagine any accommodations that would have been better than Sam's condo. The gulf sunset views from the patio were amazing. Tigertail Beach just a short walk away for shelling or hanging out. The condo is spacious with a plenty of kitchen space. Clean, comfortable, really easy place to spend time and relax. Just what we needed !!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The amazing sunsets were an added bonus. We enjoyed our time and hope to rent from Sam again. He is extremely friendly, helpful and answered any questions we had almost immediately. Sam, your condo is truly a paradise! Thanks for the great memories.
