About this apartment rental
This appartment is a T2 flat in the Grand Hôtel residence, No. 101, opposite the Aulus-les-Bains spa, on the 1st floor with lift. This comfortable flat was completely refurbished in April 2021.
Rated 3 stars ‘meublé de tourisme’.
The flat has a surface area of 37m2, with an entrance opening onto the living room with its lounge, a dining area for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a rapido sofa-bed and a new 140/190 high quality bed.
The bedroom has a 140/190cm bed, a flat-screen TV and plenty of storage space for optimum comfort.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath, vanity unit, WC and storage space.
The flat has free WIFI internet access,
To make you feel at home, even on holiday, you'll find
An oven, a microwave and an induction hob,
A large fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher,
A raclette machine, a steam cooker, a bathroom scale, a vanity mirror, etc.
The radiators are dry inertia heaters that produce good, energy-efficient heat.
In the Grand Hôtel residence, you will have free access to the laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer), the gym (closed due to covid), the sauna (closed due to covid) and the library lounge.
