About this apartment rental
Apartment of 32 m² in Guzet-neige (09) at the foot of the slopes, with large balcony and view of the mountains.
The apartment (non-smoking) is composed of:
- a bedroom with: 1 double bed (140x190cm), a cabin area with 2 bunk beds (80x130 cm) suitable for children up to the age of about 8 years, board games, books and plenty of storage.
- a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
- a living room: sleeps 2 (sofa/pull-out beds 90x190cm), dining area, kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Senseo, raclette machine, crockery).
- Ski locker in the basement
- Free parking at the foot of the residence.
Sleeps:
Maximum 4 or 5 people (pay attention to the dimensions of the bunk beds 80x130 cm).
In order not to add additional costs to the rental:
- Sheets, towels, shower mat and dish towels are not provided
- Arrival and inventory of fixtures are autonomous
- The apartment must be left clean.
A deposit check of 200€ will be required.
Guzet Neige is a family-friendly, quiet and charming resort with many ski slopes between 1400 m and 2100 m above sea level.
From the steep slopes of Freychet to the gentle glide of Prat Mataou, skiing is everywhere and can be adapted to everyone's desires.
Possibility of multiple activities depending on the season:
- Winter: Downhill skiing, snowboarding (40 km of slopes in 3 sectors), cross-country skiing (3 km), snowshoeing (3 routes), sledging, French ski school, daycare centre and children's club
- Winter and Summer: 1.4 km long monorail sledging with a vertical drop of 350 metres (thrills guaranteed). One of the longest toboggan runs on rails in Europe
- Summer (in addition to monorail sledding): Bike rental, mountain bike trail, go-kart, paragliding, hiking, outdoor swimming pool at the foot of the residence with magnificent mountain views, tennis courts, petanque court and children's playground
