You will feel far away in the country, however, only two and a half miles from downtown Cloverdale and 90 miles (1.25 hours) away from Bay Area. The large yard offers an incredible setting, with a well-furnished deck with several seating options and a gas grill, and creek-side deck with a hammock, a swing, and two chairs with a side table.
Inside, this adorable retreat offers tasteful furnishings in a large family room, complete with a pellet stove for winter nights. Stream your favorite series on the flatscreen TV with cable by the fire. The open kitchen has been appointed with every single appliance you could ever need to treat your loved ones to delicious homemade meals. Do not hesitate to stock up on groceries before coming home! Was great . Just when arrived the back door was wide open .

Clean house. Would have loved more kitchen pots and pans for cooking. Was hoping to be able for kids to play in the creek behind the house, but the water was too shallow with lots of algae. Great bbq grill. Fan and portable AC unit helped us stay cool even during the hot 95 degrees days. Thought we were to keep music level low even during early afternoon, but the neighbor next door had rave music blasting that kept some of us indoors to avoid the loud music. Communication was timely with the host. Good washer and dryer. Good card and board games for kids to play with. Trampoline was a hit with the kids when the weather cooled down.

Beautiful home and yard, with easy access to the creek. The house stayed cool despite 90f temps and no ac. We loved sitting on the back porch each evening under the stars. The neighbors on both sides were nice (and quiet) and overall this was just a lovely stay.

Lovely house in a beautiful area. We loved the yard and the easy access to the creek. Neighbors on both sides were very nice. This was perfect for two adults and our dog but could very easily accommodate more people comfortably.
