Villa Picasa Alt is an exclusive traditional Mallorcan villa with stunning mountain views, set in an idyllic location in the Tramuntana Mountains, a World Heritage Site, and only a 10 min drive from the charming old town of Pollensa.
The highlights of this villa and its exclusive location are the breathtaking views, the possibility to swim in the beautiful pool surrounded by nature, and to enjoy a delicious barbecue with family or friends at the large table by the porch. The trees, the plants and the lush green landscape make this villa an incredible destination for your stay.
This beautiful two-floor villa has 4 bedrooms, offering ample space to accommodate families and groups of friends. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious living and dining room with wooden furniture that gives it a warm and cozy feel. To the right, you will find a charming sitting area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet with a good book in your hands. The comfortable armchairs invite you to enjoy your favorite programs or films on the television. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with all the necessary elements to prepare delicious meals. From the kitchen, there is access to a terrace where you will find the barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious barbecues while enjoying the views of the beautiful swimming pool. There is also free WiFi available throughout the house so you can stay connected during your stay.
On this same floor, you will find a double bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe to store all your belongings, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub.
From the living room, you can access the staircase leading to the other three bedrooms and a small sitting area with unique views. On the right, there is a spacious bedroom with two beds, an en-suite bathroom, and beautiful panoramic views, as well as two comfortable armchairs from which you can wake up and enjoy the scenery directly from your room. The other two bedrooms also feature two single beds each, built-in wardrobes, and stunning views of the surrounding gardens. One of the bedrooms even includes a comfortable desk, ideal for guests who need a workspace during their stay.

Villa Picasa Alt is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the mountains, only 10 minutes drive from the old town of Pollensa, and 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa. To get there it is necessary to use the car as it is located in the mountains.
In Pollensa you will find shops, a cultural center, Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers' market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound.
The beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicente (or simply Cala, as it is known by the locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.

We had the pleasure to stay in Villa Picasa Alt in October 2025 with 8 persons (two families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers / child) For all of us it was the first time to stay in the mountain area of Mallorca, for me it was the first time to stay in Mallorca at all and we all loved the villa, the surrounding nature, short ways to Pollensa (city, beach, supermarket, restaurants) and a base to do hikes (longer or shorter).
Nothing to be improved. I think the usage of a smaller or midsize car maximum should be mentioned in the description above. While we stayed there two cars (bigger SUV and a midsize taxi lorry) got stuck on the way to our villa.

The house is situated pretty close to Pollenca which makes it easy to go shopping or reach other parts of the island. But it's a bit off the main road, so the scenery is magnificent. You only see mountains and trees. The road and other houses are hidden from sight by the surrounding terrain. The house itself is very well equipped and offers plenty of room. We visited start of April, so the pool wasn't that warm yet. But nevertheless really fun to take a short swim after a lovely hike. Value for money is based on what we paid during eastern holiday => excellent
For this period of the year (April) a couple of extra blankets and some firewood for the stove would have been nice.
The road to drive up to the house is pretty rough.

Lovely villa in a secluded area just outside Pollensa. Beautiful view of the mountains and countryside. The pool was lovely and the villa was spacious with lots of home from home comforts, well stocked spice cupboard and kitchen appliances/utensils. The table tennis table was a real bonus
