All pros, no cons. Extraordinary view (right on Linekin Bay in East Boothbay); modern, clean, bright, dry, well-provisioned large, comfortable apartment (not a musty cottage!). We enjoyed a full week, using the kitchen for many meals; rode bikes, hiked (BBHLT trail to Damariscotta River side), and kayaked, and walked to the Carriage House Restaurant right from the apartment. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Apartment is adjacent to main house with enough separation for privacy. Accurate listing, good value. Highly recommended.
We needed a place to stay near our family cottage that was full for the holiday and this more than fit the bill!

Beautiful accommodations located near Boothbay Harbor and Ocean Point. The owner's were so nice, and did everything to make your stay more pleasant. Can't wait until our trip back there next fall.

This apartment is not only in a perfect location close to Ocean Point and Boothbay but beautifully maintained and fully stocked for any need. The owners are on site, friendly and accommodating. Even though the apartment is attached to the owner's home, privacy is not an issue. The scenery, food and general feel of the area is one of peace and tranquility. Can't wait to visit again.
