Brand new Shipbuilder’s Retreat opened June 15, 2022! Ranch style duplex. 2 bedroom, 2 bath nestled in the woods, yet very close to the downtown and Harbor area. Modern with unique local charm. Leathered granite countertops. 9 foot ceilings. Queen air mattress. Fully equipped unit with everything you need. Washer/dryer in unit. Keurig and coffee provided. Grill and outdoor dining space. Perfect for families or couples visiting Boothbay Harbor.

It was our first trip to Boothbay and we couldn't have been more pleased!!! The Shipbuilder's retreat was well appointed in every way! Wide open, well cared for, and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and playing games in the evening. It was a convenient trip to the local grocery store, and was very near to all the beauty and joys of the Harbor, light house's, LL Bean (an hour), and hiking. We LOVE it! Thank you to our hosts for providing a space that made our trip outstanding. I am sorry that I was remiss in posting this review! I was surprised to see that I hadn't done so. We would gladly stay in this space again!

This duplex had a great layout and a nice location. Wish the property had a regular height dining table and better linens. However, the property was perfect for a weekend in Boothbay Harbor.

Traveled with another couple. The house was super clean and well equipped. Very quiet area and close to everything. Highly recommend!
