This small single-storey house will not fail to satisfy your desire for a romantic getaway and walks in the countryside: crisscross the Angevin corniche and the wine route and visit its cellars, hike on the GR3 which passes 100m away, sail on the Loire by canoe or discover the city of Angers 20 minutes away.
Completely renovated, this cottage in Rochefort-sur-Loire consists of a comfortable living room with television extended by a new and functional kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). .). Separate WC. Bedroom with a large bed (160x200cm), a bathroom adjoining the bedroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer). Outside: wooden terrace with matching garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.
The owners of the gîte live in the adjoining house and can inform you about the attractions of the region. Two tourist apartments are also present on this 3-hectare wooded property where you can freely stroll along the paths, around a small pond (unsecured with the possibility of roach fishing for children) and come across the dog and cat of the owners.
For your comfort: beds will be made upon your arrival, bathroom linen is provided and end-of-stay cleaning and heating are included.
Baby equipment provided on request: travel cot, high chair and baby bath. Convertible sofa 160x190cm can be offered as an extra bed at an additional cost. Parking on the property.
