About this cottage rental
1 hour from Nantes, in the heart of the green countryside of Mauges, independent cottage on the ground floor of a farmhouse located on a poultry farm.
The cottage has the advantage of being located in the center of many tourist sites: the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier (the largest Japanese garden in Europe 25 minutes away), the Camifolia Garden in Chemillé in Anjou (10 minutes), the Layon Valley and its vineyards (25 minutes), the Bioparc de Doué la Fontaine and its troglodytes, Clisson and also the Puy du Fou (40 minutes), ...
Entirely on one level, the cottage has a separate entrance and opens onto a living room with exposed stone and beams. Living room with sofa, armchairs and television. Open equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, ...) with table and chairs for meals. A corridor leads to the sleeping area: 2 bedrooms with a view of the terrace (one with a 140x190cm double bed and the other with three 90x200cm modular beds). Shower room with walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine and partitioned toilet (1 small step to access the shower room)
Outside you will enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for sunny days. Fishing friends, you will have access to a private pond 100m from the cottage.
The owners living on the upper floor of the farmhouse welcome you for a stay with family, friends or with your 4-legged companion.
Private parking. Wifi internet connection. Baby travel cot, high chair and bathtub provided on request. Beds made on arrival. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning at an additional cost.
