Heating requires at least 48 hours` advance notice and must be paid prior to arrival.
The pool and spa operate on the same heating system and cannot heat simultaneously. When Spa Mode is activated, the system switches from the pool to the spa. The spa generally takes approximately 30 minutes to heat. When you`re finished using the spa, switch Spa Mode off and the system will return to pool heating.
During cooler winter weather, outdoor conditions may affect the maximum achievable pool temperature.

Guests have full private access to the home and backyard resort areas, excluding the garage.
Driveway and street parking are available.

- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.
Noise & Neighbors
- Quiet hours are **9:00 PM – 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.
Parking & Vehicles
- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.
Pool & Spa (If Applicable)
- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.
### Smoking
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.
Maintenance
- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.
Lost & Found
- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.
Trash
- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.

We had 8 nights at the property in October. We had a couple of issues early on in our stay but our host Michael came around straight away and got them resolved. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great. We will hopefully be back again!

The home was exactly as pictured and very nice! There were enough supplies (toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee pods, etc)for our 3 day stay which was super helpful. My only complaint was the communication with the host. I requested pool heat right away and did not receive a response until the day after we checked in so had to wait a day for the pool to warm up. Also, asked a question about how to turn on the outdoor lights and never received a response.
