Bordeaux is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the sought-after Sandpiper Bay area of Port St. Lucie, rated 4.9 from over 107 guests and one of VRBO's most consistently reviewed properties in the area.
The heart of this home is the private heated pool with its own built-in hot tub, set within a fully screened patio. Four sets of patio doors — from the living room, breakfast area, master bedroom, and second bedroom — flood the space with natural light and make the pool the natural centrepiece of every day here. Relax, grill, tan, chill — Florida living at its finest.
Inside, the layout is generous and well thought out. Two living rooms give everyone space to spread out. A formal dining room, breakfast dinette, and a central kitchen round out the common areas. The master suite features a corner bath, double vanity, and a gorgeous frameless shower. The split floor plan gives the remaining bedrooms and their shared cabana bath real privacy from the master. Washer and dryer are in the garage, and parking for 4 cars is on the driveway with additional garage space.
Sandpiper Bay is Port St. Lucie's original neighbourhood — quiet, well-lit, and on a no-outlet street with minimal traffic. The Saints Golf Course is a well-run public course just 1.5 miles away. Jensen Beach Park is a 15-minute drive with free parking. Club Med is nearby for day passes and watersports. St. Lucie Botanical Gardens and Clover Park (spring training home of the Mets) are both within 20 minutes. US1 is 3 minutes east for restaurants, shops, and daily essentials.
We also have two public boat ramps nearby — C24 and River Park just off Veterans Memorial Parkway. You're welcome to park a boat at the house.
No smoking inside the property — smoking is permitted on the patio and outside. This home is professionally pest-treated regularly. As with all tropical Florida properties, occasional harmless insects may be seen — this is normal and not grounds for a refund.

Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen area was great everything we needed to prepare meals and eat. There is always room for improvement like having a TV in every bedroom and detachable showerheads. But overall this place is awesome for a family big or small. I really give it a 4.5 stars

We only had a short stay, but were totally impressed. The home is just like the photos and that made us feel right at home.
Check in was a breeze, as we walked in it was early evening and the pool was glistening with the pool lights already on. Once we got unloaded it was time for a dip in the oh so lovely pool and the spa. Easy to use with the clear instructions provided, the spa soon heated and we enjoyed the evening in there with good levels of privacy from the planting around the pool.
AC is good and powerful and there was plenty of hot water for our showers. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all late model stainless appliances, there seemed more than enough crockery and flatware for 6, probably 12 or more.
The bedrooms 1 and 2 look out over the pool which is awesome and all the beds we tried were very comfortable.
We did not want to leave this beautiful house on the lovely quiet street, i am sure we will return.
