Welcome to White Rim 3371, a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury retreat designed and purpose-built for the perfect Moab vacation. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Moab and 15 minutes from Arches National Park, this home is ideal for three couples seeking private suites or for larger groups wanting both comfort and adventure.
From expansive wraparound patios and a custom fire pit to a year-round 8-person spa, White Rim 3371 offers all the features you need to relax after a day exploring the desert. Guests will also enjoy a game room, oversized garage with Jeep hard-top lift, and even a bocce court.
For larger gatherings, Exclusive Retreats offers 10 additional luxury homes nearby—perfect for multi-family trips, retreats, or weddings.
BEDROOM SUITES & SLEEPING OPTIONS
Suite 1 – King bed with ensuite bath, large closet, spa-like shower, and 43" Smart TV. Spacious enough for additional guest beds if needed.
Suite 2 – King bed with ensuite bath, large closet, spa-like shower, and 43" Smart TV.
Suite 3 – Two queen beds with ensuite bath, spa-like shower, and 43" Smart TV.
Loft Bunk Beds – Two oversized twin beds with privacy curtains; large enough for adults and kids alike.
Additional Bedding – 4 premium memory foam guest beds available on request; can be set up in multiple rooms (setup fee may apply).

Attended Easter Jeep Safari (EJS) and this place was the perfect fit for truck, trailer, and Jeeps. Neighborhood is right next to Spanish Trail Arena. Awesome mountain views from patio where we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit after long days of jeeping! Definitely would stay again!

The property was located in a nice residential area about a 5-10 minute drive outside of downtown. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices etc..Three bedrooms with en suite baths were nice. There was a handy powder room on the bottom floor. There was a sturdy cover over the heated pool which I appreciated because we had a 6 yo with us. The weather was a little too cool for us to use the pool but a private pool is a nice touch for a vacation rental.In all this house was a great base for visiting Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. The close proximity to town without the congestion was great. I recommend the house and company without reservation.
