Welcome to White Rim 3369, a custom-built 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury retreat just 5 minutes from downtown Moab and 15 minutes from Arches National Park. Purposefully designed as a high-end vacation home, this property is perfect for three couples seeking private suites or for larger groups who want to experience Moab in style.
With expansive patios, a custom fire pit, and unmatched views of red rock cliffs and the La Sal Mountains, White Rim 3369 is a contemporary desert sanctuary. Guests will also enjoy a private 8-person hot tub, game room, oversized garage with Jeep hard-top lift, and access to a seasonal community pool.
For larger gatherings, Exclusive Retreats offers 10 additional luxury homes nearby—perfect for multi-family trips, retreats, or weddings.
BEDROOM SUITES & SLEEPING OPTIONS
Suite 1 – King bed with ensuite bath, large closet, spa-like shower, and 43" Smart TV. Spacious enough to add extra guest beds if needed.
Suite 2 – King bed with ensuite bath + queen sleeper sofa, large closet, spa-like shower, and 43" Smart TV.
Suite 3 – Two queen beds with ensuite bath, spa-like shower, and 43" Smart TV.
Loft – Two oversized twin beds with privacy curtains for added comfort; suitable for both kids and adults.
Additional Bedding – Memory foam guest beds available upon request, easily set up in any room.

White Rim 3369 is a beautiful home, full of everything you need. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you think you'll need. Linens were soft. Lots of extra blankets. From privacy curtains for the bunks to hot tub towels to summer outside toys.... This place was excellent and met all of our needs. Hosts were quick to respond with questions. Definately recommend!

It was very hard to regulate the temperature in the bedrooms but especially in the master bedroom. The problem is the temperature sensor is not in the bedrooms. We had to wake up at night to adjust the temperature.

I was very happy with the easy check in process and communication throughout our stay. The property is in very good condition and very well equipped. We did not use the hot tub or outside fire pit, but enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here!
