Stunning model home decor furnished townhouse with an inviting, bright, and spacious interior! Built in 2016 this vacation residence has many wonderful amenities you and your guests will thoroughly enjoy! A luxuriously styled space with upscale furnishings, multiple decked out balconies with seating and a first floor outdoor patio and yard with lounging area. ON-SITE POOL, spa & fitness room INCLUDED. The stunning beachside resort pool, hot tub and gym are available for fee (see notes in amenities).
This property is new on the vacation market and everything is in pristine condition just waiting to be enjoyed and appreciated. The townhome has an exclusive larger yard than others in complex as it is a end unit closest to Ocean blvd and the pool!
On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, a desk, and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Sliding glass doors open to a patio with seating great for a picnic.
On the second floor you will find the kitchen and family room/entertainment set up with a half bath. A balcony off the living area opens the space up to the outdoors. The large kitchen showcases Italian cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, seating for four at the breakfast bar and all the necessary items for entertaining. The formal dining area accommodates 8 with a comfortable wrap around bench.
On the third floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, king-size bed, a balcony, and a lavish master bath with twin vanities and a tub & shower. The second bright white and blue bedroom al has a queen size bed and a ensuite bathroom with a tub shared with another bedroom. The third bedroom also has a queen bedroom. The washer and dryer are located on this floor.

This property was great and looked as advertised. The home was so well decorated and we were able to conveniently walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the home was definitely a plus. There was enough room for six adults to stay comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed with upgraded appliances. Every bedroom had its own TV and we were also able to watch as a group in the living room. Having balconies off of the master bedroom and living room was also very nice as was being able to park our cars in the garage. We come to this area every year for an adult basketball tournament and we enjoyed staying in a house together rather than hotel rooms. Grace gets an A+ as a host. She was very attentive to our needs. We hope to return in the future.

They say Location, Location, Location is everything in real estate. This property is 200 Steps from the Beach in Pompano. It is right on A1A, with super easy access to the 14th Street cross over. The property itself is beautiful, clean and has a large spacious garage that comes loaded with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart and toys. The property itself was well stocked and the beds here were marvelous. There is a community pool/hot tub 20 steps away. They have a gym with weights, treadmill and elliptical. The manager is super responsive and helpful. If you can book this place, do it, you won't regret it.

Look no further if you are planning to stay in the Pompano Beach area. Grace has thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. This space is just as shown and was very accommodating for me and my wife, our 9 year old daughter, 16 year old son and his girlfriend who accompanied us. We look forward to booking again.
