The Space:
The kitchen is roomy and gorgeous, perfect as a focal point for wining & dining. Modern stainless steel appliances, immaculate white Corian countertops, a cozy breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a large formal dining area with seating for up to 8 highlight opportunities for meals and entertaining.
Bedrooms are designed for comfortable living, including flat screen televisions, comfy duvets, and professional linen service for all rooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, bright windows, and a lavish master bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own patio and bathroom. The third bedroom is ideal for children, with two bunkbeds that can fit a total of 4 people. The ground floor has its own patio and can be used either as working space or bedroom due to the available sofabed and bathroom.
Guest Access:
This community includes extravagant extras designed to elevate any vacation stay, including a spacious pool area, sauna, gym, and outdoor lounging area. The Marriott Hotel is just across the street, perfectly located for upscale dining and indulgent spa services. This unit also includes a 2-car garage and several beach cruisers for enjoying sights around town.

The property was in good condition. It was not clean our socks were black from walking around in them the first day there. I couldn't mop the floor because there was no mop to use I had to use a towel and go around cleaning the floors steps. The garbage can smelled like there was a body in it, there were empty beer cans on the balconys, the kitchen sink was falling to one side so the water always lays in the corner and you have to shove it over to the drain , it says
It sleeps 10 but not enough bath towels and wash clothes for 10.
