The condo was great! It is located right next to Universal’s new Epic Universe park. The condo was clean and spacious. When we got there, there was an issue with the tub not draining properly, so I contacted the host, who responded immediately and resolved the problem quickly. Check-in and check- out was easy, and I loved the no key entry. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great location - very conveniently located near the convention center where we had our events. Plenty of parking. Well-appointed kitchen and the starter supplies were helpful. Condo was clean, comfortable beds.

The location was great for our week-long event at the Hyatt. However, the supplies were the absolute bare minimum and were off brand (not very good at all) so we had to buy extra soap, laundry detergent, and dish soap/detergent. There was not nearly enough for a week long stay. The bathroom supplies were also low quality and not nearly enough for the week. Bringing extras is a must if you stay here more than a few days.
