We recently stayed in Vista Cay. We had a great time. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of utensils available in the kitchen. There was a pool a short walk away that we utilized quite a but. I had a conference down the street so the location was convenient for that. We went to downtown Disney several times. The drive there was about 30 minutes with traffic. My only complaint about this unit is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable, and the neighbors upstairs were rather noisy. I will say the neighbors were not "partying", they were just very heavy footed, and you could hear them stomping around early in the morning and late at night. Overall, our stay was good, and I think I would stay there again. The price to value was pretty good all things considered.

They recently updated the kitchen and it now has a nice little bar with seats and larger kitchen table. I've stayed here twice and each time it was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The host is easy to contact via email and quick to reply.
