Accommodations include a private master wing with King bed complete with walk-in closet, wet bar with Sub Zero refrigerator, french press, dual head oversized shower, toto washlet watercloset, double vanities, indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, Peloton, flat screen TV and double French doors leading out to a private section of the veranda.

The guest wing of the home includes 4 additional bedrooms with two shared Jack and Jill full oversized shower over tub bathrooms to give each bedroom the feeling and convenience of an en-suite bath (1 additional king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 2 full size bedrooms).

The guest wing also contains a separate game/theater room with large flat screen TV, lofted sitting area, endless game and book options, RH commercial popcorn maker and ample sitting room for another sanctuary for kids and adults alike.
The great room offers the perfect gathering place with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, a true chef's kitchen boasting marble counters, a 12 foot island and a fully stocked professional cookware kitchen.

The impressive Veranda with sweeping views of the vineyard mountains, offers over 1,000 square feet of additional California outdoor living space with 3 sets of accordion style doors which allow you to experience the ultimate indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Two fireplace sitting areas include a gas fireplace and an open flame gas fire-pit perfect for s'mores or evening gatherings in this California paradise. Finally, enjoy the 45' pool with lap lane (heating Sept 15-April 15th at an additional fee) and year round built in jetted hot tub.
Starting winter 2025, enjoy a Nootka Western Cedar 8 person Sauna also located on our pool terrace.

A pool level lounge complete with a half bath, bar area and beverage fridge for convenience while using the estates pool level amenities is located on the expansive pool and hot tub level with expansive views of the heart of wine country surrounded by private vineyards.
