Living Room:

The open, flowing floor plan makes this home ideal for entertaining. Cozy up on the couch with a warm cup of coffee to start the day or catch up with friends by the pool on comfortable and stylish sofas.

Kitchen:

Travel beyond the airy living room to the chef’s kitchen, where a massive island with marbleized granite countertops elevates the space, and a Fulgor Milano range oven and other high-end appliances bring convenience to every meal. After preparing some delicious food, sit down and relax with a bottle of wine and the company of your favorite people.

Family Room:

In this additional seating area, play games or watch your favorite movies and shows using the accessible TV that includes most streaming services.

Down the hallway, the newly remodeled bathroom incorporates plenty of space for all your items. Next to the bathroom are the washer and dryer that have been added for your convenience. Further down the hall is a linen closet with towels and pillow covers.

Master bedroom & Additional Bedrooms:

Tucked away from the main living spaces, the primary bedroom boasts an array of desirable amenities. Relish in the privacy of the bedroom suite featuring a seating area overlooking the pool and a contemporary ensuite with a walk-in shower. Across the hall, the home’s two additional bedrooms reside next to a pristine full bathroom ideally situated for visitors.

Outside/Media Room:

This immaculate home truly offers everything you could need for a weekend of fun, with a poolside BBQ, hot tub, and a box full of pool toys even adults will enjoy. Charm your guests with an oversized game of chess or play bartender while mixing up your favorite cocktails in the game room.

Yearning for a night in? Relax in the vast home theater with your favorite classic flick, and sort through movies and shows via Apple TV.

OUTDOOR

Step out to the luxurious outdoor patio. Appreciate a waterfall while you soak in some sun on the hammock, take a swing at the four-hole putting green, or play a game of cornhole or horseshoes. Wander down cobblestone past lush foliage and head to one of the two “barn areas” to relax in the shade. Enjoy the bocce ball court.

A 16-person dining table, where you can enjoy a refreshing meal outdoors, is situated by an additional entertainment area. Play a game on the “Pop-a-Shot,” compete in a ping-pong tournament, gather friends around the professional poker table, or enjoy some air hockey. After all the fun, unwind and enjoy picturesque hills and vineyards in what we call “a million-dollar view.”

And just minutes from the estate are numerous wineries and restaurants if you want a break from relaxing by the heated pool.

Only one pet allowed at $200 fee
The Game room or the barn areas are not heated or air conditioned, however, since they are in open and covered spaces, they remain relatively cool during the summer.
Please NO SMOKING or vaping inside or outside.

We'll be available to you anytime if you need anything! Unless you need us, we will respect your privacy, and you will not see or hear from us during your stay.

LEGAL INFORMATION:
We cannot accept reservations for weddings or other large gatherings.

The use of this property is governed by the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance. The complete ordinance is available from the Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management District, a link is provided below the 'Rate Details'. This ordinance applies to all vacation rentals in the county. Permit #N. Key provisions include the following:

A maximum of 12 overnight guests. Children under the age of 3 are not included in this limit.

A maximum of 16 guests on the property at any time, except for Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

No amplified music outdoors at any time, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM are STRICTLY ENFORCED. SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT IN THE EVENT OF NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS.

This property has exterior video security systems. There are no interior cameras. The exterior system is focused on the driveway and parking areas. It cannot be disabled.

WEDDINGS: We do not have the ability to host weddings on the premises. There are many nearby venues that can do so, and we are happy to act as a “home base” while you host your event elsewhere.
