Fabulous 2BR/2BA condominium located at Surfside, a high-rise resort, adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, with one of the area's most inclusive amenities package. Free Beach Service with an umbrella and 2 chairs come with this rental. This ninth-floor unit is full of upgrades, new Kitchen - Cherry Cabinets, Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, 20' tile flooring. The living area has a 47' LED TV mounted on the wall and has an entertainment system with Ipod dock and CD/Stereo. The condo has a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. The large balcony gives you a panoramic view from the beach to the bay as well as breathtaking sunset views. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms, kitchen and living room allow spectacular views from all rooms of this condo.This unit comfortably sleeps eight people. Overall this property was great! Very clean, comfortable and convenient. There was 8 of us total and we all fit comfortably. The property was right across from the beach and the view from the condo was amazing. Craig always responded in a timely manor. The whole process was very smooth. I would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic vacation! The unit is as described and we didn’t have any issues at all! Great hosts! We plan to return soon!

Overall our stay was great however our neighbors below us continued to smoke on the balcony even after being reported to management, and there were only a couple of small issues the cleaning crew needed to address the owner is aware of

Great property in a great location. Condo was so clean and nice. We couldn't have found anything better if we looked for months.
Would definitely consider staying here again.
