CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Surfside Resort has a scheduled exterior construction project expected to take place from October 26, 2026 through early February 2027. Work will be completed in phases throughout the complex. During this time, guests may experience daytime construction noise and see workers, equipment, or staging areas throughout the property, even when work is not occurring directly on or near this unit. Certain phases of the project may also result in temporary restrictions to balcony access for affected units. Construction schedules and anticipated completion dates are subject to change due to weather, project progress, or other circumstances outside of our control. Surfside Resort is located next to the Seascape Resort and right across the street from beautiful the Gulf of Mexico! The sky bridge connects you directly from the pool area to the sugar white beach. Located just down the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as a variety of many different restaurants and Bars. Surfside offers a large pool on the second floor, a children’s pool, two whirlpools, as well as pool side showers. With plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a Tiki Hut that is open during the season, this a great place to relax and soak up the sun! For those guests looking for more activities to do during the day, Surfside offers two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard and a fitness center. Surfside is also located right next door to the Seascape Golf Center, very convenient for golf lovers. Surfside Resort has everything you will need to have a memorable beach vacation!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great property with excellent view and good location with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beaches and water in this area is fantastic with white sand and clear water! Definitely our favorite gulf beach spot!! The beach service was an added plus. We used the two chairs included with the unit and were able to rent 2 additional chairs.We did have a maintenance issue with the AC on one side of the unit which we discovered and reported on check in. Communication with the host was good, although it did take a couple of days and followups to get the issue fully corrected. The host was very accommodating through the process though.
