It's a full basement apartment. The 3 TVs were very good, though no local Over the Air or Cable. Washer Dryer very capacious, and in excellent condition.
Excellent Air Conditioning, Family upstairs very nice. The single bathroom is quite small but adequate.
Slight drawbacks: is lack of ventilation for in kitchen, we set off the fire alarm just by heating the oven! Also, the large sofa is not comfortable and could use replacement.
I should add that our coffee maker stopped working, and we received a new replacement within a couple of hours! I was impressed.

We had a great time staying at this location with its easy access to both little and big cottonwood canyon, as well as downtown Salt Lake City.
