When I reached out about issues (leaky faucet/wasps), they were quick to respond and fix. They were also quick to answer any questions and were very respectful. We got provided with many towels for the week, blankets, body wash/shampoos, dish soap, pans/pots, seasonings, and dishes. There was an awesome "Explore" book in the living room with great suggestions on what to do. Our boys (2 and 3) really loved the toys and toy box that were available as well!
There were small issues with the home like the way some of the kitchen cabinet doors were loose and there was a roach deterrer in the kitchen when we first arrived, but nothing major. We also ran into spiders a few times downstairs, but they didn't bother us.
