About this house rental
New home built in 2022! This home features quartz countertops in the kitchen with Island, upgraded cabinets, granite counters in the primary's bath, extended back patio with a beautiful Gazebo. 3 bdrms, 2 baths, open floorplan in one of the greatest parts of Nampa you would want. Fantastic shopping, dining down the road, great hospital close by and so much more. This one will not last! Neighborhood is quiet and safe.
I'm so sorry, but we can only accommodate 2 pets or less due to the size of the home and potential damage.

-House is brand new..what's not to like?! However, you may notice farm smells in the area since Nampa is more rural. We do require deposit for pets that can be refunded within 3 business days if staying 2 days or more.

We enjoyed the property, beds were good, hot tub was nice. Could have used a little more seating and maybe an extra table, the kitchen table was on the small side for games. Doors were a little squeaky, so anytime anyone opened a door at night you could hear. You do have to bring your own games, which is fine. House was bare, not even a left over thing of foil, or saran wrap, seasons, etc. Also, not a deal breaker. I would rent again! Very satisfied.

The property was very clean, the pictures were accurate and the property was as advertised. It is relatively new, the hot tub was clean and in good working condition, the backyard is a nice amenity if you have a pet. The neighborhood is very nice and good for walking whether you just enjoy getting some exercise or you have a dog. For those who like shopping, there are a lot of big box, stores, restaurants, and fast food, franchises in proximity too.
