Centrally-Located in the Treasure Valley; you will love this family-friendly townhome on the north-side of Nampa. Built in 2021, the neighborhood and townhome have that nice “new” feel to it. It is only 1 mile from the Ford Idaho Center and 18 miles from Downtown Boise.
With three bedrooms and a full 2-car garage, you have plenty of room to rest, work or play.
By the way, you will love the smokin' fast internet of up to 940Mbps.

This condo is open and airy. It was perfect for four adults but would also be great for a family with up to 6 children. Two and a half baths made it even better. The washer and dryer were a plus as was the very large refrigerator! I had to do some cooking for my son's wedding (I brought my own pots and pans for this as I knew what would be available would be for the usual amount of cooking...). The kitchen was large with plenty of counter space - perfect for prep. I have a small camper (trailer is 20 ft total) that would not fit in the short driveway - BUT I was able to talk to the neighbors on either side of the parking lot and they were very kind to understand and let me park it in the back corner. The only issue with this property is it's actual location in proximity to the named address. Be sure to locate it on Google and view it from above to determine the streets you need to turn on. Would stay here again if the owner will allow!
