The location is ideal: very close to Volos, so you can reach the city in just a few minutes without dealing with traffic, while still enjoying a calm and relaxed area. The beach is only a short walk away, which is a big plus during summer season. The room was very spacious, with a separate kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise given its he excellent value for money.
There wasn’t anything noteworthy to dislike. Everything was well maintained and met our expectations.

We loved staying here so much because of the location, convenience and the facilities.
If you are looking for modern chrome and glass then this is not the place for you. However if you are happy with a clean and comfortable place to stay with very lovely people who are there if you need them then this IS the place to stay.
We are looking to come back again around the same time next year.

The room was big with huge balcony overlooking a garden, kitchen and bathroom. But the air condition was not working ok and I had a cold night, the premises were smelling of moisture. Good hotel, excellent location (50 metres from the sea) but not cared about. Everything was old and taken care of.
Many things - heating, smell of moisture, old and worn out furniture.
