Welcome to the French Street Haven! Enjoy the ultimate combination of convenience and comfort in this spacious 2-bed, 1-bath garden-level condo that sleeps 6. Located just steps from the free ski shuttle with access to all five peaks, this home also provides an easy walk to Main Street, the town Ice Rink, and the Peak 9 base area. With free parking, ADA access, a shared hot tub, and modern amenities, this condo has everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway.
Proximity: This unit is situated in the Ten Mile Suites building, just 0.3 miles (approximately a 7-minute walk) from downtown Breckenridge. The nearest MyFreeRide bus stop, Atrium, is only 500 feet from the condo, providing quick access to Peaks 7 and 8, ski lifts, and other local attractions.
Living Room: The sun-filled living area features west facing windows with cellular shades for privacy. Relax on the plush pull-out sofa or cozy armchairs while enjoying the flat screen TV or electric fireplace. Natural light and mountain accents create a bright, inviting atmosphere.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and modern appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The adjoining 4-person breakfast bar and separate 4-person dining table provide plenty of space to cook, eat, and entertain.
• A Keurig coffee maker is provided
Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bed, 1 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed, North-facing windows, and closet for storage.
• Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, North- and West-facing windows, closet with shelving, and cellular shades for full privacy.
• Shared Bathroom: Includes a walk-in shower & his and her sinks
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer are located in the entryway closet, with detergent included for your stay.
Communal Hot Tub: Relax in the shared 6-person hot tub on the upper balcony, surrounded by forest after a day on the slopes.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Great location to Main Street Breckenridge and The Village at Breckenridge. The condo is well appointed with kitchen items and stocked with coffee, trash bags, towels, etc. The unit is on the first floor, so easy access for all guest.

The place was clean, safe, warm, had everything we needed, and communication was great. We had some issues with the hot tub entry and notified management of the passcode discrepancy. All in all it was an amazing trip. We'll definitely be back if the spot is available.

This is a great property for our family of 4. We had plenty of room and had amazing views, and right next to the sledding at the park. We walked to downtown every night which was 5 minutes or less. We will definitely be back.
