Unit #4 is a studio that is located on the 2nd floor, looking over Spruce Street.

-This is a residential area, please respect our neighbors and follow quiet hours of 10pm-7am
-Parking not included, there is a lot across the street we recommend (ABM Parking) the rate is approximately $40 for overnight parking
-There is no elevator in the building, this unit is on the 2nd floor.
After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver.
The rental agreement must be signed and we must conduct an ID check before providing check-in details

No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
Registered Guests Only: Only those listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
