Nestled in a quiet wooded area just off of picturesque Lake Shore Drive Chateau Soda is a truly unique home designed with the perfect touches to create a relaxing and memorable getaway. Located just minutes from Pier Cove beach and a short ten-minute drive to downtown Saugatuck/Douglas this home features the best of tranquility & outdoor beauty while being just minutes from all of the in town action. The main level of Chateau Soda offers an open-concept kitchen/dining/living indoor space with floor to ceiling windows to bring the outside in and is the perfect place for your whole group to share a meal or just enjoy an evening in. Off the kitchen the sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor living space complete with a hot tub fire pit & hammock. The second floor features a large master bedroom (king bed) with en suite bathroom along with another large bedroom (king bed) with detached bathroom. This level also boasts a loft space open to below and sliding doors leading to a second story deck for yet another place to take in the beautiful outdoor surroundings. The lower level of this home offers two additional bedrooms (one with twin over queen bunk and one with king bed) which share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. This home is the perfect place to relax & recharge! Patio cushions are seasonal.

We loved this house! Our visit was in cold weather but luckily had plenty to do inside. The large hot tub and downstairs theater area were our favorite areas. Plenty of sleeping room and bathroom space for getting everyone ready. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could think of with a large table to gather at. The house was clean, updated, private, and within a great location. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The house is new and great and allowed for kid space and adult space. Walking distance to the beach and close to Saugatuck and Wineries/Breweries/Cider.
