End unit townhouse

Loved the spacious townhouse; especially the private back patio. The spiral staircase was a bit of surprise but manage to get my luggage up and down with a bit of maneuvering. Must have car to get around.

Very convenient to area shopping and also LSU. Everything was as described. As mentioned, the stairs going to the loft are tight, but I did not have any difficulty using them. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Very nice place near enough to LSU (approximately 10-15 minutes) if that’s your focus. Quiet and clean.

The townhome was ok. The mattress was awful and needs updating. We bought a mattress topper and used it for our stay....Some helpful hints about the property itself.No visible lights at night on the complex or street lights nearby to see where you enter.No Unit number or ID is on the door.Chandelier in living room has three bulbs that come on and off. Randomly,sometimes they work,most not.TV for local service was random and kept switching to ads and then stalling?Handle on dryer came off,we put it back on.Microwave handle is broken.No handle on frig at all,open from the side.Rusted rack in freezer,icemaker had frozen solid sheet of ice,emptied and turned on icemaker for ice.Didn't use outside table,covered in rust?Some nail holes where mirrors or paintings were hung and removed.No smoke detector,apparently removed and painted over.Used towels and cleaning cloths in drawers and under the cabinets.. We left them there.No safety bar to enter bathtub/shower combo,just towel hangers. No safety strips on the tub bottom,very slippery. Used containers for lotion,shampoo etc and soap scum in tub area. Skylight is discolored and wood rotten around the frame.Towels smelled sour and when used and got wet,smelled worse.No bedbug covers on mattress or box spring. Thin cover on mattress,not a mattress pad.We travel frequently and when you first look,it's great,but unit needs TLC overall.
