Quiet, cute 2 bed/2 bath condo close to I-10/I-12 and close to major hospitals in Baton Rouge. Ground floor unit with split floor plan that allows space for everyone. Full kitchen includes oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry is inside unit. All utilities included. This adorable home sleeps 4 comfortably and 2 fenced courtyards. Unit has 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the entrance.

Clean properly that’s centrally located. Two bedrooms and bathrooms that are on the opposite side of the house. Check in process was easy. Although I appreciate the outside lighting/security, I prefer a very dark room when sleeping.

House was perfect for what we needed. Spent family weekend at LSU. Location was perfect.

We had a great stay here! Very well cleaned and nicely furnished! The whole bathroom attached to each bedroom was a nice touch! Comfortable mattress also. Checkin had no issues at all. Thank you!
