When we visit the house, we walk to the breakfast shop, grocery store, burritos, pizza, and ice cream! Never having to drive or cross any streets to get to the beach or to the main streets of Melbourne Beach is wonderfully relaxing. The large outdoor living area is so special that you may find yourself eating every meal outside. We hope you love this little beach town as much as we do.

We had a great time! The location is wonderful and the house had everything we needed. The back porch and pool area were spectacular. Of particular importance to us, as seniors, were the grab bars in the shower and the grab bar leading into the pool. We also appreciated the excellent lighting in the home. Our only complaint is that our stay was too short! We hope to return.

Perfect for what we needed while dropping our son off at college. Can walk or bike to many local stores and restaurants and the beach! Very quiet and safe neighborhood!

Great host and fabulous property! Love the proximity to the beach, private non-chlorine pool, screened patio and grill. Look forward to a return trip soon!
