Staying here is perfect as both a private getaway or as supplementary lodgings should the main house not be large enough.
The two bedrooms are on either side of the updated bathroom with one having a queen bed and the other a full. This is ideal for a family with two small children or two couples.

Excellent place to come and stay for a few days. Directly next to the beach at a popular surfing spot. The property could use a few more amenities to make the stay better, but overall a great place to book for your vacation.

This property was exactly what I was looking for.
It was the perfect location to play on the beach, which is literally steps away.
No busy road to cross.
A well stocked market is walkable with an amazing wine selection, a delicious deli, and pizza.
Restaurants are also within walking distance.
This rental was cozy, so cute, very comfortable and spotless. Everything worked well.
The owner was very helpful and friendly. I travel often and I have to say this experience from beginning to end was A+++.
Can't wait to go back.

We stayed here for SB. Just steps out to the beach and walking distance to the downtown Melbourne beach. The market, and a few restaurants, surf shop all right there! The beach wasn’t crowded at all..it was perfect if you enjoy low key this is the place! We would love to come back.
