As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the necessary appliances to satisfy your culinary cravings. Gather around the dining table or enjoy alfresco dining on the outdoor patio, taking in the breathtaking ocean views.

We have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring:
- Gas/electric
- 6 gas burners top
- Pot filler
- Convection Oven has a steam assist
- Microwave and Toaster oven
- Dishwashers
- Coffee Grinder and coffee maker
- Includes Teas and Coffee for you to enjoy

*Due to the water shortage, we ask that you do only full loads in the washer and dryer.
*We do not supply Laundry detergent.
Our guests enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle in a spacious home with:
- Free Wifi
- 25 minutes from the Airport, south of Kihei in Maui Meadows, Wailea, Maui, Hawaii.
- 5 minutes from the Beaches
- The living room has sliding doors to the pool and patio, where you can enjoy the sunsets and BBQ and relaxing island living. Plenty of comfortable seating, and table, and chairs to enjoy the ocean view, and 65” smart TV in living room where you can watch Netflix with your own account.
- Master bedroom also has a 55" Smart TV.
- Parking: 3 vehicles can park up driveway on the left side, there's a guest parking sign.
- Please Do Not park in front of the garage.
~Heated Pool~
- Guests use the pool at their own risk.
- No diving permitted.
-No lifeguard or pool alarms are not provided.
- Pool has an extra safety fence with two gates (this fence is not to be removed;
- Guests are fully responsible for the supervision of children and monitoring pool activities.
- Do not leave your children alone in the pool.
- Please close awnings around the pool after each use. Wind will blow it away
Check-in: 4pm
Check-out: 10 am
We do not have late check-outs, due to the cleaners' schedule. If you have a late flight out, it's best to book an extra night so you can relax before your long flight out!

1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which noise in the rental home shall not disturb anyone on a neighboring property.
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the rental home is prohibited.
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street overnight.
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur. Large gatherings, weddings or wedding receptions, or company events are not permitted. Use of the property for these purposes will immediately cause the rental to be cancelled without a refund. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the home. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. This is not a loud party house. If that’s what you're looking for, this is not the rental for you.
5. No insurance is provided. We encourage our guests to purchase travel and/or trip interruption insurance.
6. VRBO/Home Away may charge service fees beyond our control. The owner receives no part of these fees.

The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, and has everything you need for pool days and beach days. Linda was very communicative but not overbearing. Absolutely loved our stay in her amazing home.

The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with—any questions we had were answered promptly. The property itself was a great fit for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. We especially loved the pool, which was warm, clean, and where we spent a lot of our time.The location was excellent, and the sunsets from the property were truly beautiful. Everything matched the photos, which made the experience feel exactly as expected. Overall, a great stay—we would definitely rent here again.

We stayed at Linda’s house for a week and it was a great fit for us! There were 10 of us, six adults and four children aged 10, seven, five and one. The kids loved the pool and we went to a nearby beach almost every day! Linda was the most communicative host I have ever had and was so helpful in every way. The beds were good and the living room easily fit all of us. The master bath was so large the baby slept there in a pack n play at night. I would recommend this to anyone with kids. There were lots of cots and a roll away so we could have the kids sleep wherever they wanted to be. Linda helped us find fun things to do as well. It’s a superb rental!!!
