We have a fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring:
- Gas/electric
- 6 gas burners top
- Pot filler
- Convection Oven has a steam assist

Our guests enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle in a spacious home with:
- Free Wifi
- 25 minutes from the Airport, south of Kihei in Maui Meadows, Wailea, Maui, Hawaii.
- 5 minutes from the Beaches
- The living room has sliding doors to the pool and patio, where you can enjoy the sunsets and BBQ and relaxing island living. Plenty of comfortable seating, and table, and chairs to enjoy the ocean view, and 65” smart TV in living room where you can watch Netflix with your own account.
- Master bedroom also has a 55" Smart TV.
- Parking: 3 vehicles can park up driveway on the left side, there's a guest parking sign.
- Please Do Not park in front of the garage.
~Heated Pool~
- Guests use the pool at their own risk.
- No diving permitted.
-No lifeguard or pool alarms are not provided.
- Pool has an extra safety fence with two gates (this fence is not to be removed;
- Guests are fully responsible for the supervision of children and monitoring pool activities.
- Do not leave your children alone in the pool.
- Please close awnings around the pool after each use. Wind will blow it away

Check-out: 10 am
We do not have late check-outs, due to the cleaners' schedule. If you have a late flight out, it's best to book an extra night so you can relax before your long flight out!

1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which noise in the rental home shall not disturb anyone on a neighboring property.
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the rental home is prohibited.
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street overnight.
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur. Large gatherings, weddings or wedding receptions, or company events are not permitted. Use of the property for these purposes will immediately cause the rental to be cancelled without a refund. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the home. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. This is not a loud party house. If that’s what you're looking for, this is not the rental for you.
5. No insurance is provided. We encourage our guests to purchase travel and/or trip interruption insurance.
6. VRBO/Home Away may charge service fees beyond our control. The owner receives no part of these fees.

This property was clean, beautiful, well-supplied (including kid needs), and in a lovely location. The host was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this property for families visiting Maui.

Everything was just as described in the property description. The host was super nice...was available to answer any question, yet didn't interfere with our privacy. I would highly recommend this property if vacationing in Maui!

What a great property for a large family vacation!!! This house was a perfect match for our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids age 5-13). The kids loved the pool and it was easily monitored by all of us!! My daughters in law who did most of the cooking were in awe at the wide variety of tools, appliances and dishes for our use...the 4 waffle irons were a hit when the granddaughters made breakfast for all of us!!! The outdoor grill and griddle was perfect for our hamburgers hotdogs and grilled veggies meal...eating well here was easy!!! The large outdoor table was perfect for us to eat together and the view was amazing! The beach supplies that were available were such a bonus for us and made our travels around Maui so much easier!!! We were more than satisfied with our stay here!!!!

Great location for our family trip to Maui with 11 of us. The house is set in a beautiful neighborhood overlooking the ocean less than a 10 minute from the beach at Wailea and about 25 minutes to the airport. The 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. Note: there are beds for 8 (the others slept on cots/rollaways) which worked fine for the teens. There were plenty of great “extras” like coolers and beach chairs, an exercise room, koi pond, lots of outdoor seating areas (lounge chairs, etc). The pool was clean and refreshing and the beds were comfortable. The hosts communicated exceptionally well and I was able to reach them easily with questions along the way. It was a great place to stay for our Maui vacation and would stay here again.
