PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING
The condo is located on the second floor and requires one flight of stairs to reach the main living area. There is no elevator, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including adults, children, and infants.
No pets and no smoking or vaping are permitted.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old and must personally stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.
After booking, the Primary Guest will receive our Rental Agreement electronically through our secure guest portal. To finalize the reservation, the Primary Guest is required to:
Electronically review and sign the Rental Agreement
Provide the requested guest/occupancy information
Upload a valid government-issued photo ID for identity and age verification
Completion of the Rental Agreement and required guest information is necessary to finalize your reservation.

Can’t say enough great things about this property. Location is in a really nice quiet community, easily accessible to everything including the Rehoboth boardwalk (10 min. drive). Booking was very easy and owner is extremely responsive. The property is amazing, fantastic common space, a great separate porch as an additional gathering area, tons of space and fantastic amenities. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the whole place had everything we needed and more. It was impeccably clean and the beds are SUPER comfortable. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! Highly, highly recommend, we will definitely return next year!!

The condo was lovely and had everything you could possibly need. Felt like we were at home. The owner was so great. He checked with me a couple of times to see if we had any questions or concerns and was quick to respond to my inquiries. Location was perfect also, close to everything. Don't think twice, rent it! You won't be disappointed.
