The location, the staff and the parking, and the room.
The breakfast. Did not offer a buffet the first morning but did the second morning… don’t know why. The cost for breakfast was much too high for the breakfast offered to us. Coffee, croissant and two slices of cake.

Huge bathroom and shower. If you are okay to walk down steep steps to dinner in town. If you are not in shape, I suggest getting a cab to go to dinner in town. We loved the walk.

The location was beautiful, the room very comfortable, and the view of the sea and the city was the highlight of our stay — absolutely stunning! We highly recommend it.

The location was the draw card here. This place was picked in the past. Could have been amazing as they had elements of what was once an amazing place to stay. Gardens were pretty. Funky blue lights. Pool and terrace
Stuck in the past. The rooms needed a good renovation. I had ants everywhere in my room.
The pool was only open 10-6 (although we did manage to slip in before 7)) crazy in summer when it’s still light.
Breakfast was like being stuck in a weird movie. We filled out a form for an odd selection of foods, which were delivered to us on a tray by an old Italian lady and a cat… on deserted terrace restaurant which was stuck in the past. We thought we were the only ones there but then me some other pained guests.. who seemed as confused by the place as we were. On site parking but charged £20 a night.
Every time we tried to drive out we had to wait for the manager to automatically open the gates. A long walk into Salerno - did not attempt!
