There were 13 adults and two under 2 years old and we all had plenty of space. Lot’s of great family memories were made during our stay.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and size of the home. The kitchen was stocked with all things we needed and the impressive kitchen table was large enough to seat 18 of us! The kids loved playing in the pool and the hot tub even though the weather was a bit cool. The seating around the pool was plenty for the adults and kids and the shuffle board was a hit! The kids also enjoyed the movie room, bunk room, pool table and arcade games. It was so nice to have a rental with space just for the kids! The only negative for us was related to where the property is located. The property is adjacent to the hospital, which we thought at first was a great thing. Turns out, there is a helipad and we were woken nearly every night, by the sound of the helicopter flying directly overhead and landing. One night it occurred 2 times! It did not bother the people in our party that slept with their windows closed, but some were woken nightly by it. All in all, a great stay!

The good parts. First, the size of the house with all the bedrooms, bathrooms etc was perfect. Location near the beach was fine. Check in late with code worked perfectly. We did enjoy the credit to have beach gear delivered. Now, the not so good. The house was not clean. I am not sure when it was used last but dust and dirt covered everything in the kitchen. We had to wipe it all down before we could use it. The kitchen pots and pans etc were dated, worn and dirty. When the tell you there is nothing in the house, bathroom soap for hands, soap for showers etc, they mean it so pack it in your bags if arriving late. There are no basic supplies in the kitchen so you have to bring everything, storage bags, oil, salt, pepper, paper towels etc. There are no pool towels. They advertise that you can pay extra to have the pool heated, which I did and did not mind doing except the pool was not heated. I contacted the rental company and told them it was not heated. No one came. Then when we left I emailed them to say I should have that part refunded. They said it was on but it was not heated. Don't waste paying for heat. There is a nice "movie room" but it smells of mold so you need the fan on to move air. Overall average but when pay the cost, simple things like newer cooking utensils, pans, towels, simple kitchen supplies should be included.
