Welcome to "Villa Olivia" at Villas de Grande Playa!
Experience beachfront luxury located on the pristine shores of Playa Grande. This Mediterranean-style villa features doors that open into a charming garden courtyard, with terrazzo floor tiles flowing through the interior and out to the wrap-around verandas. The furnishings and decor are contemporary and comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a water filtration system for drinking.

"Villa Olivia" is a spacious, air-conditioned, 6000 sq ft oceanfront villa with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The villa includes a full kitchen (gas stove, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, unlimited bottled water), WIFI, and cable. The perfect retreat for an oceanfront holiday, offering a beach haven where you can leave your cares behind and create everlasting memories. The outdoor area features a dining table, two pools, hammocks, rocking chairs, and lounge chairs with seaside views.

The property is in a perfect location where you can have some in the pool, on the patio or out surfing and all be in view of each other! Sharon and all the staff were great, very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at another property on the ocean front in playa grande, but Villa Olivia was much better with amazing views.I highly recommend it!

Awesome views from all water front bedrooms and pool. We really enjoyed the location. This is the perfect place if you want to escape with some close friends. The beach was never crowded and locals very nice .. we really enjoyed the stay and will highly recommend it.

Beautiful home with a superb beach location. The host was very responsive to our questions. Property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city which made it very relaxing. We had all our meals prepared by Kimberly and her staff. Food was excellent and plentiful. No one left the table hungry. It was the perfect decision to have all our meals at the house with Kimberly. Highly recommend.

Our stay exceeded expectations. Unbeatable location is an understatement. The beach was incredible. The house was clean and well stocked. Everything functioned perfectly. The staff was attentive and cordial. We felt safe. Host was accomodating to questions and requests. The house dog was a heartwarming touch. Already contemplating a second stay.
