THE SPACE:
"Villa Olivia" is a fully air-conditioned, 6,000-square-foot beachfront villa with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. A welcoming garden courtyard, terrazzo floors and comfortable contemporary furnishings flow into spacious indoor living areas and wraparound verandas overlooking the ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, two refrigerators, dishwasher and filtered drinking water. Outdoors, guests can gather around the dining table or relax in the hammocks, rocking chairs and loungers beside the sea.

Playa Grande’s natural environment also means guests may see birds, howler monkeys, geckos or iguanas around the property.

Our on-site manager can arrange private chefs, meal preparation, pre-arrival grocery stocking, spa services and local excursions for an additional charge.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have private access to the entire villa, its indoor and outdoor living areas, pool, verandas, grounds, direct beach access and gated off-street parking.

Guest-accessible laundry machines are not available. Laundry service can be arranged through the on-site manager for $10 per load.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

ALL-INCLUSIVE ACCOMMODATIONS: Standard property fees are included in the booking price, with no surprise host charges after booking.

HOUSEKEEPING: Complimentary housekeeping is provided every other day for stays 4 days+.

LAUNDRY: Guest-accessible laundry machines are not available, but convenient laundry service ($10 a load) can be arranged for an additional charge through our on-site manager.

SECURITY: The property has 24-hour staffed security, exterior security cameras and a safe for valuables.

CONCIERGE SERVICES: Our on-site manager can arrange private transportation, including to and from the villa, private chefs, meal preparation, pre-arrival grocery stocking, spa services and local excursions. Additional charges apply. Inquire after booking.

FAMILIES: A Pack ’n Play/travel crib is available upon request. As well as additional items to rent through the concierge services.

COMMUNICATION: After confirmation, we may request an email address so we can send service order forms and direct booking links for excursions or optional amenities.

CURRENCY: Many local services and gratuities are best paid in cash; ATMs are available nearby but may have withdrawal limits.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds are issued according to our cancellation policy, less a 3% processing fee. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or booking with a credit card that provides travel insurance coverage. Please review your coverage for applicable terms and exclusions.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: This reservation includes a refundable security deposit of $1,000 hold on your credit card 2 days before check-in and refunded 2 days after checkout less any damage claims.

EVENTS: Weddings, receptions and other events are not permitted at the villas. Wedding guests may stay at the property, with the celebration held at an approved nearby venue.
