About this apartment rental
Evergreen is a studio layout with king size bed and full size sleeper sofa (similar to a hotel room but a stand-alone unit). This cottage includes a tub/shower in the bathroom and a small microwave, refrigerator, 48" flat screen HDTV with Dish satellite channels and Wi-FI is always complimentary.
Enjoy the private, lovely 10'x16' deck with outdoor seating, views of Long's Peak and frequent hummingbird visits!
This is our smallest cottage at 325 sq ft.
We're conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park within easy walking of shopping, dining and the river walk (the river runs parallel to the main street downtown). We're a short 3.5 mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Went to Estes/RMNP for a birthday weekend. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay here! A few minutes walk to downtown and a short drive to the park. The place was very clean and cozy.
