We had such a wonderful trip! Jay And Linda made sure that everything went smoothly from booking, to the end of the trip. Text reminders were sent before and during our trip with all the information we needed ahead of time from door codes, WiFi passwords, gate pass pick up, bike rental, and more! We have been renting in Sea Pines for 20 years and the house was stocked with not just the bare minimum! I came prepared with extras of everything and never unpacked it! From towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and even coffee! It was also very nice that a quick question was answered simply by a txt message with an immediate response! I found it helpful that all the information I needed was not only in the portal, but sent via a txt message with everything. I have already recommended them to a few friends and family. The property was so clean and the house was as described and perfect for all of us. I also really appreciated that I could rent bicycles and get extra gate passes right through my portal and have everything delivered before I arrived. I loved the fact that an early check in was available, although we were not able to do, I loved having the option. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you Jay and Linda and Beachside Rental!

Well equipped house. Rooms are generously sized. Great location, easily bike to restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent with quick responses to questions etc. My family really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this home for our Christmas vacation. Lots of hang out spots, comfortable beds, and a great backyard. Short walk to Habour town was perfect with a group of kids!
