Wall to wall oceanfront views from every room of this spacious 1400 square foot paradise, and with the location of this resort, it is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a Super Walmart right across the street! Large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), onsite bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds,and jet ski/umbrella rental on site as well as 24 hour gated access and security. The living room has a new 47-inch flat screen TV and queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a King-size bed in the master with new flat screen and two queen beds with new flat screen in the guest bedroom! The living/dining area and both bedrooms open onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 feet of private, white sandy beach with brand new balcony furniture. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, Pets NOT Allowed, and Renter must be 25 or older.

This property is exactly as described and has the most amazing view! We watched dolphins from the balcony every morning. The beach is also a short walk, the pool has a great staff and offers food, drinks, and ice cream. The host is very responsive and the location is convenient! We will definitely stay here again and share it with others!

This unit was clean with plenty of room. The location on the 2nd floor was great. They supplied a reasonable amount of necessities such as toilet paper etc. and the patio furniture was fabulous

We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it a couple more nights. The communication with Kim was great! The view, the location all was great! I do hope they get a new mattress for the master bedroom before next year. It was a rough 7 nights but I can sleep when we get home. Thanks again for being such fantastic hosts!

First off I want to say, Kim’s Condos was amazing, the check in process was phenomenal. The condo itself is a little outdated, the carpet is worn and the mattress in the main bedroom needs replaced.
Overall- it was a great stay. We always have a great time in PCB, and would definitely use Kim’s Condos again. The beach chairs that come with the unit are also a plus!
