If you are looking for a nice balcony which faces the ocean and also wraps around the corner, a clean 3 bedroom, 3 bath, fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need this is the place. They even supplied the essentials—toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid and 2 dishwasher pods. The only thing you might want to bring is clothes washing detergent. This condo is located right beside Pineapple Willeys we always eat there we love eating out on the pier and the food is good. You can easily walk to Waffle House and shopping. The location is good. If you want to be near Pier Park where you can shop for something besides beach wear etc it is 20-30 minutes away depending on the traffic. My only complaints would be the parking garage is so small and hard to drive and park a large vehicle in, having said that if you come in a small car you will be fine. Also the beach here is full and there are so many teenagers on the beach at night, ALL NIGHT. The condo across the road has assess to the beach right beside this condo and so that means way more people. If you like to people watch or party this would be good for you. If you would like a more secluded beach with less people where you can sit closer to the ocean etc. this is NOT THE PLACE. We like the latter so we will not be staying here again. But everyone who worked there was really nice and so were the owners!
