About this house rental
A lovingly furnished vacation home with a fireplace and a very large fenced-in yard for your four-legged friends, not far from the Schlei and the Baltic Sea in a rural setting—including a farmhouse sauna! Recharge with soothing energy in unspoiled nature. After all, the mind and soul need creative breaks every now and then. At the Melkerhaus, you can wonderfully celebrate moments of doing nothing. You don’t even have to worry about your four-legged friends. The fenced-in property ensures your dogs have a fantastic vacation, too.
The Melkerhaus’s idyllic location is truly captivating. The tree-lined avenue leading to our estate between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea offers you pure relaxation.
The house has been beautifully renovated with charming interior design. The living room, with its wood-burning stove, invites you to relax. From the kitchen, you step out into the very large fenced-in garden, where the terrace is perfect for sunbathing.
On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, there are two additional rooms, each with a bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m, as well as two single beds and a shower room. Everyone will find their own cozy spot here. The wellness area for all our guests on the property leaves nothing to be desired with its Finnish sauna and infrared cabin. The Melkerhaus at the Priesholz estate is situated on a chestnut-lined avenue in a very quiet location. From here, you can wonderfully explore the unspoiled natural and coastal landscape of the Angeln region, or take a stroll through the harbor in the nearby small town of Kappeln on the Schlei.
The villages in this rural area are characterized by golden-yellow rapeseed and grain fields, medieval churches, and old thatched-roof cottages with lush farm gardens. The excellent water quality of the numerous unspoiled swimming beaches and the gently rolling landscape promise to be a balm for both body and soul.
