About this apartment rental
Located in a quiet downtown neighborhood. Just a short walk to enjoy restaurants, brew pubs, café and quaint shops. Conveniently located - 25 minute drive to Bar Harbor and 35 minute drive to Bangor.
This upstairs apartment is open concept making it a great place to hang out and relax. The large windows offer views of the Union River where harbor seals, eagles and osprey have been spotted fishing. The neighborhood is walking, biking, running friendly. Just cross the road to get a coffee or amazing lobster roll. Right off of Route 1, this neighborhood is the perfect location for your Downeast vacation.
A set of stairs brings you right up to the apartment. There is a large kitchen stocked with the essentials. Eat at the counter or at the dining table. There is a desk in the main area if you need a place to work. Comfy reading nook. The TV has a Roku set to Guest Mode - log into your own streaming apps and the Roku will automatically sign you out at the end of your stay. Both bedrooms have comfortable king sized beds with large closets to store your belongings. The bathroom has a shower/tub and washer and dryer.
Parking for two vehicles in driveway. Downtown also offers plenty of free parking on the road or there is a parking lot at City Hall. Convenient public transportation - visit downeasttrans.org for current schedules and maps.
The property does have an exterior security camera that monitors the driveway area.

This is a great place to stay! It is very clean and quiet. It has everything we needed for our stay. Communication and check-in were easy and the host responded very quickly when we had a small issue with a breaker getting tripped. It’s about a 30-40 min drive to Acadia National Park, which is what we did while there. Would definitely stay there again.

Very spacious and clean! It was so convenient to downtown which made our stay easy. The owner was very helpful, had good recommendations and everything was pristine. Absolutely the best Vrbo experience I have ever had and highly recommend!
