The houses outside needs a little TLC on the inside, everything is excellent except the bathroom, sink is too small, toilet rattled, the shower head is was too powerful, the shower heeds a complete door in order to use the shower head and not wet the outside. No lock on the bathroom door (thats no bueno) only one bedroom door had a lock. Other than that this place is excellent.

The first night we were unsure of the safety in the neighborhood, but the neighbors were so nice and assured us it was a safe neighborhood. This house is close to downtown, beaches, nice restaurants and parks.
